How to ensure quality of knit fabric

It is very import to inspect during the whole process of knitting and dyeing to ensure all knit fabric is qualified, anywhere can see only small faults, the workers should double confirm and then decide to continue or stop, no compromise in quality control, because a small faults may cause big lose in garment process.

And also there is another important thing is experience, if the mechanic engineer is enough experienced, he can avoid most of faults before knitting by his skill and experience, because when he see the requests of each knit fabric, he know what problem the issued fabric easy to have, then he knows how to avoid the problems.

And then, the carful and serious work of each one including knitting process is very very  important thing, worker can find faults in advance before sending to dyeing process is the most important inspection work, the knitting factory have to inspect meter by meter before sending to dyeing house.

In a word, 1st to ensure raw fabric is qualifed, then to ensure no faults in dyeing process, then the final knit fabric should be good.
